If you wish to return or exchange a product, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to send it back to the following address:

To do so, please:
- Package the product to be returned in its original condition.
- Fill out the return form, date it, sign it, and include it with the product (the form can be downloaded here or from your personal account).
- Send everything back via Colissimo using this link.
Shipping costs will be at your expense. Upon receiving your package, we will either refund your order or product within 2 to 5 business days, or proceed with the exchange and send you the desired product(s).
Please retain the shipping proof with the parcel tracking number until you receive confirmation of the successful receipt of your return.
ATTENTION:
In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Products with customizations or personalizations (bearing the customer's name, a name chosen by the customer, or a player's name from the official roster).
- In cases of player number changes upon the release of a new official list, all jerseys previously customized with numbers from prior lists cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products unsealed by the customer and unable to be returned due to hygiene or health protection reasons.
In the event of product non-compliance or hidden defects, return costs will be covered by the Paris Basketball store. In such instances, please contact our customer service directly via email at boutique@parisbasketball.com to receive a return label.
