Organized from 11/17 to 11/23/2025.

Article 1 - Definitions

  • Organizer: refers to the company ORECA, a simplified joint-stock company (Société par actions simplifiées), registered with the RCS of Toulon under number 302 045 794, whose registered office is located at Parc d'Activités du Plateau de Signes, 83870 Signes, France.

  • Contest: refers to the contest with obligation to purchase entitled "Win 2 courtside match tickets and an unforgettable experience with exclusive access to the Arena's backstage upon a minimum purchase of €80" and organized by the Organizer.

  • Site: https://boutique.parisbasketball.com/fr/

  • Rules: refers to these present rules which define the legal provisions applicable to this Contest.

  • Participant: refers to any natural person of legal age, in accordance with the provisions of French law in force on the date the contest is launched, residing in Metropolitan France (including Corsica) and the French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM), and who meets the conditions stipulated in Article 4; with the exception of the Organizer's and Paris BasketBall staff members, as well as members of their families and persons who participated in the conception of the Contest.

  • Winner(s): refers to the Participants who have been designated by the random draw.

Article 2 - Organization of the Contest

The Contest will take place from 11/17/2025, at 08:00 AM, to 11/23/2025, at 11:59 PM, and consists of a random draw among the Participants who have purchased one or more products on the Site during the Contest period.

Article 3 - Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the Contest implies the unreserved acceptance by the Participant of the Rules and the Contest principles. Throughout the duration of the Contest, these Rules will be kept available to Participants on the Site.

Any offender of one or more provisions of said Rules will be deprived of the possibility of participating in the Contest and eventually claiming a prize.

Article 4 - Conditions of Participation

To participate in the Contest, the Participant must meet the cumulative conditions below:

  • Place an order with a minimum value of €80 including VAT, excluding delivery costs (eighty euros all taxes included excluding delivery costs) on the Site https://boutique.parisbasketball.com/fr/;

  • Between 11/17/2025, at 08:00 AM, and 11/23/2025, at 11:59 PM.

Participation in the Contest is strictly personal and nominative. Only one entry per person and per household will be accepted (same name and same address).

Any participant who does not meet the above participation conditions cannot take part in the Contest. Any entry that does not comply with the participation conditions stipulated in these Rules, is falsified, does not meet the various formal requirements, contains inaccurate and/or false information, and/or is submitted after the deadline provided by the Rules will not be taken into account for the remainder of the Contest and will be considered null and void by the Organizer.

Article 4 - Prizes

As part of their participation in the Contest, each Participant may claim, according to a random draw, the following prize:

Two courtside match tickets for PBB - [Opponent to be inserted] and an unforgettable experience with exclusive access to the Arena's backstage.

The prizes offered may not give rise to any dispute of any kind on the part of the winners, nor to the surrender of their cash equivalent, nor to their replacement or exchange for another prize for any reason whatsoever.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Organizer reserves the right to replace a prize with another prize, of the same nature and of at least equivalent value, particularly in the event of unavailability of the prize, and this, without compensation for the winners and without the liability of the Organizer being sought in this respect.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the delay in making a prize available or the absence of making a prize available, in the event of loss or deterioration of a prize by a service provider or transport service intermediary.

It is recalled that all ancillary costs relating to the prize, other than transport, shall remain the responsibility of the Winner.

Article 5 - Draw and Winner Notification

The Winners will be designated by a random draw carried out on 11/24/2025. The random draw will be carried out using the computer solution https://my2lbox.com/fr/tirage-au-sort-liste.

Each Winner will be informed of their status as a Winner by electronic message sent to the email address indicated during registration on the Site, within 72 (seventy-two) working hours following the draw.

The Winner will be informed of the prize they have won and will be asked to confirm their shipping address.

In the absence of a response within 5 (five) working days, the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and the prize will remain the property of the Organizer, who may dispose of it freely, and notably decide whether or not to re-allocate it.

For verification purposes, the Organizer reserves the right to request the provision of supporting documents allowing the identification of a Winner necessary for the award of the prize.

The identification of a Winner will be based on the information provided at the time of their order. The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event that this information is erroneous and/or inaccurate and/or false.

In the event that, after verification, a Winner does not meet the conditions of participation provided for in the Rules, their prize will not be awarded to them and will remain the property of the Organizer, who may dispose of it freely, and notably decide whether or not to re-allocate it.

No information, whatever its form, will be sent to Participants who have not been designated as Winners.

Article 6 - Limitation of Liability

The Organizer's liability cannot be engaged if, due to a case of force majeure or independent of its will, the Contest must be modified, shortened, and/or canceled. No compensation can be claimed on this basis. In all cases, it reserves the possibility of extending the Contest and/or postponing the date of disclosure of the Winners.

Any dispute or claim relating to the Contest and/or its Rules will only be taken into consideration within a period of 1 (one) calendar month from the closing date of the Contest.

Article 7 - Organizer's Liability

Participation in the Contest is under the sole responsibility of the Participant. In no event shall the Organizer's liability be engaged in respect of taking possession, enjoyment, or use of the prize; which the Winner expressly accepts.

Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and full and complete acceptance of the characteristics and limits of electronic communication networks and services, particularly concerning performance, response times for consulting, querying, transmitting information, the risks of interruption or malfunction, and the inherent risks of any connection and transmission over the networks.

Consequently, the Organizer cannot under any circumstances be held responsible, without this list being limitative, in the event of errors, omissions, imperfections, interruptions, deletions, losses of information or data, transmission delays, or Contest failures.

More generally, the Organizer's liability cannot be sought for any direct or indirect damage (financial, moral, physical, or other) occurring during participation in the Contest.

Article 8 - Extension or Modification of the Contest

The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the Contest at any time, without prior notice or compensation for any direct or indirect damage to the Participants.

Any additions and modifications to these Rules may be published during the Contest period. They will be considered as annexes to the Rules. Any change will be subject to prior information by any appropriate means.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and other distinctive signs reproduced and presented within the framework of the Contest are the exclusive property of their holders and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).

As such, any unauthorized reproduction of these trademarks, logos, and/or distinctive signs constitutes an infringement liable to criminal penalties.

Article 10 - Processing of Personal Data

The personal data (surname, first name, email address, etc.) collected by the Organizer, as the data controller, during the ordering process may be processed to ensure the organization, participation, and management of the Contest (purpose of the processing).

This information may be transmitted, where applicable, to service providers for the organization of the Contest and will be retained until the definitive closure of the Contest, i.e., once all prizes have been delivered to the winners following the draw.

We also inform you that:

  • If a Participant objects to the processing of their personal data for the Contest, they acknowledge that they waive their right to participate in it and, consequently, also waive the possibility of winning one of the prizes.

  • In accordance with the Data Protection Act (loi informatique et libertés) of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, to know the extent of your rights and how to exercise them, you can refer to the privacy policy accessible on the Site https://boutique.parisbasketball.com/fr/.

Article 11 - Disputes

These Rules and their interpretation are governed by French law.

Any dispute that could not be resolved amicably within a period of 2 (two) calendar months concerning the interpretation or execution of the Rules will be submitted to the competent French jurisdictions.
